This was my first home and having never dealt with having a claim it was comforting that he made sure I understood certain features of my insurance and walked me through the process. It's been appx 1 1/2 years and I greatly appreciate the messages about hail or heavy rains/winds expected and he still checks in to see how the roof is after storms.

Responsive to my requests The day after my initial call, Mr Wade came out to the house and did a thorough inspection, including going up on the roof. He then discussed options. He explained each step and how different choices affect quality and cost. He answered questions in a way I understood the pros and cons of each. He made sure I understood the process and my choices clearly. He sent an estimate within a day. The estimate was far less than the other 2 estimates I received from other companies. The crew was outstanding. They did careful work with close attention to detail, clear communication and consideration to my family. Work was completed rapidly, professionally, at the amount estimated and on schedule. The roof looks great!
